Required criteria

Built on Stellar. Deploy at least one Soroban smart contract. Core logic must live on-chain.

Live & Accessible. Judges must interact with a working deployed product. README required.

Real User Utility. Solves a genuine problem. Non-technical user understands value in 30 seconds.

Original Work. All code written during the build phase. Forked repos must document changes.

Submission rules

  • All links must be submitted before Friday's session begins.
  • Late submissions will not be admitted to the pitch slot.
  • Video maximum is 2 minutes. No extensions granted.
  • GitHub must be public before the pitch session.
  • Broken project links result in automatic score deduction.
  • At least one team member must be on Friday's call for Q&A.

Scoring

Submissions scored out of 30 points. Scores feed directly into the programme leaderboard. Judge panel scores are final.

Tiebreaker: financial inclusion relevance, then originality of Stellar integration.
